How the Contact Form Works

The contact form validates your information in the browser and again on the server. When submitted, it sends your enquiry to the designated MineRating contact mailbox.

The form uses a signed arithmetic quiz and Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may process device and interaction data, and may set cookies, under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The website does not keep a separate database copy of your enquiry, although normal hosting and mail-system logs may apply.

Please avoid including confidential or safety-sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Information You Choose to Send

If you use the form or contact us by email, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, organisation and message.

This information is used solely for responding to your enquiry and, where appropriate, arranging a discovery discussion. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
